The main responsibilities for the Marketing Support Specialist are:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Support Specialist will play a vital role in providing administrative assistance to the sales team, as well as working on marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing initiatives.

**Mission/Job duties**:
Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and coordinating sales appointments

Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
**Administrative tasks**: Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and other marketing activities Help maintain marketing collateral inventory and ensure materials are up-to-date and readily available. Provide support to other departments when needed
