Think you can make a difference as part of our exciting new pilot project to support young people who have experienced domestic abuse, to listen and to support them to move forward?

At Young Devon we are committed to making a difference for children and young people. This is a new and exciting opportunity to be part of pilot service supporting young people who have experienced domestic abuse. This is a dual role where you will co-ordinate the operational delivery of the pilot as well as hold a small caseload of young people.

This service aims to work with young people who have experienced Domestic Abuse to listen and value their experiences, understand the impacts this has had for them and to together find a goal and a way forward. Young Devon have run a support service for young people who have been victims of a crime since 2015 - this pilot is building on this successful work to increase options and improve access to support for young people. Young Devon are working in partnership alongside Exeter Community Initiatives, and SPACE Youth Services as part of this pilot.
