**Job Description: Band 5 RMN (Temporary)**:
Become a valued member of the Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust as a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). This is a temporary position based at Lynfield Mount Hospital, located in the beautiful surroundings of Bradford, West Yorkshire.

**About the Role**:
Your responsibilities as a Band 5 RMN will include:

- Assessing and evaluating patients' mental health needs
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans
- Administering medication and monitoring its effectiveness
- Supporting patients in their recovery journey
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care

You will be working closely with individuals of all ages who are experiencing a range of mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, psychosis, and personality disorders. Your empathetic and compassionate nature will be essential in building therapeutic relationships and fostering a safe and supportive environment for patients.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you will need:

- A recognized nursing qualification and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Experience working in a mental health setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to providing person-centered care

**Working Hours**:
This temporary position will commence on 11/02/2024 and end on 11/02/2024. Your shift will start at 07:30:00 and finish at 20:00:00. You will be paid at a rate of £337.50 per shift, and the payment will be processed through PAYE.
