We're seeking a proactive Administrator to join our private practice accountants. As the
welcoming face for visitors and the first point of contact for telephone
inquiries, you'll showcase your professionalism and efficiency. Your role
involves more than just administrative duties; you'll be the liaison with HM
Revenue and Customs, ensuring our compliance and seamless communication.
Imagine the satisfaction of onboarding new clients and being the go-to person
for ensuring our internal software data is always up-to-date and accurate
across multiple systems.
You'll manage the flow of incoming and outgoing post, utilizing your organizational skills to scan, index, and distribute efficiently. No task is too small; you'll also handle internal paperwork and provide invaluable support to the team with various admin tasks, from ad hoc letters to invoicing and debt recovery.

Your tech-savvy nature and ability to quickly adapt to new software will be highly valued here, especially with your strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word. What sets you apart? **Key Responsibilities**:
- Being main point of contact for visitors; dealing with telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Liaising with HM Revenue and Customs
- Onboarding of new clients
- Ensuring internal software data is upto date and correct across various systems
- Processing of incoming post including scanning, indexing and distributing; dealing with outgoing post
- Processing and scanning of internal paperwork
- Assisting the team on various admin tasks, including ad hoc letters, invoicing, debt recovery etc.
**Requirements**:
- 2 years + experience working in professional administration departments
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Impeccable confidentiality; both with company information and directors information
- Competent with various IT software and can demonstrate recently learning and adapting to new software
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
- Self-motivated and a desire to improve systems within the business
- Team player
