**Job overview**:
The role of the Admin Support Worker is to work with prioritisers who are Nurses, Therapists and other members of staff employed within the multi-professional team, processing and managing the flow of patient referrals through the CCC.
The Admin Support Worker will monitor the referrals on the single electronic referral system on a continual basis, triaging in partnership with the multi professional team.

**Main duties of the job**:
We have a very rare opportunity to join our West Community Co-ordination Centre as one of our administrators to support the hub with processing all the referrals coming into the West community services.

The Administrator will be responsible for reviewing key blockages to patient flow, highlighting key issues to Team Managers maintaining
accurate and timely feedback to referrers, liaising with multi-agencies for the co-ordination of patient flow.
You must possess excellent communication and people skills; have the ability to work under pressure, whilst being a committed member of our
West CCC team.

This is a full-time position covering the hours of 8am to 8pm 7 days/week, including bank holiday alongwith the other administrator within the team.
