ROBERT WALTERS GROUP: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK - BIRMINGHAM I’m currently working alongside a leading business in Birmingham in their recruitment of an Accounts Payable Clerk on a Permanent basis.

Key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:

- Preparing and entering supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding is captured
- Making payments to suppliers and other payments as they occur by due date
- Maintenance of the aged creditor reports
- Maintenance of the unapproved aging report, escalating overdue items where applicable
- Working on backlog of invoices

About you as the Accounts Payable Clerk:

- Previous end-to-end experience working in Accounts Payable
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft office packages, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Good interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong team player
