**FANTASTIC NEW OPPORTUNITY - Accounts Payable Coordinator, £25,000 p/a, Hybrid (Mostly remote)**

**The Role**:
**The duties of the Accounts Payable Coordinator will include, but are not limited to**:

- Match invoices to purchase orders in SAGE.- Check coding and validity of invoices. Return to purchasing if matching does not agree, coding is incorrect, or supplier details do not agree.- Liaise with suppliers and AP Supervisor to ensure there is no unallocated payments on the ledgers.- Liaise with Purchase Requisitioners to ensure P/O’s are receipted as goods are received to ensure a steady workflow of invoice processing in AP.- Input, code, and post non-purchase order related invoices with the appropriate documented approvals.- Save all supplier invoices into the shared drive.- Check, code and process employee cash expenses.- Liaise with suppliers regarding account queries.- Supplier statement reconciliations monthly.**The Person**:

- +2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.- The ability to work independently without supervision.- Experience in a paperless invoice environment.- Highly organised individual.- Communicative, lively, and personable character who can build strong internal and external relationships.**What’s on offer**:
