**Profile**

Our client is a market leader in the hotel furniture industry, working with clients such as Hilton, De Vere, Holiday Inn & Crowne Plaza. With a 60,000 sq ft factory just 10 minutes from Leeds City Centre, they make high specification, bespoke hotel furniture.

**Job Purpose**

As a project support administrator, you will work alongside the project managers to help deliver key projects for Curtis.You will be responsible for supporting the project team and managers with the scheduling, chasing and recording of activities acrossa variety of projects.

**Key responsibilities**
- Assisting the project managers in delivering multiple projects at any one time.
- Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments
- Provide general administrative support
- Provide and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project.
- Liaising with internal and external staff in a timely manner
- Maintain all historical data on projects for future learnings
- Communication and follow up on activities you are responsible for
- Perform related work as required to ensure project managers have all the necessary information to complete projects as proposed
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer queries, internal and external.

**Essential Skills & qualifications**
- Good working knowledge of excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and able to prioritise workload
- Desire to work in high speed & varied environment
- Flexible approach & Can-Do attitude.
- Minimum 3 A Levels grade C or above
- A high level of analytical and numerical problem-solving skills.
