**£23,775.80 per annum plus benefits and bonus**
Successful, privately owned manufacturer and distributor of household appliances, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their small, professional, enthusiastic team. Based at their Head Office in Avonmouth, you will be required to provide first class Sales Office Administration to support the external sales team and trade customers with all order related enquiries. Great working environment - team fit essential and full training will be provided on site.
To be successful as a **Sales Administrator **you will be required to:
- Receive, process and manage incoming sales orders via the internal system
- Taking incoming customer registration calls
- Respond to and manage incoming calls from salespeople within the business and trade customers who are seeking assistance with regards to their orders
- Liaise with service providers to achieve quick and efficient response to customers
- Conduct follow up activity to ensure customer satisfaction
- Problem solve from offset to resolution
- Process information whilst on the phone, with accuracy
- Update the in-house computer system
Personal qualities required:
- First class customer service skills
- Confident communicator with a great telephone manner
- Must enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of queries through to resolution
- A good eye for detail - able to spot and action discrepancies
- Good general IT skills
- Well organised and methodical
- Cheerful, enthusiastic team player
