**Temporary Band 5 RMN Job Description**:
As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a vital role in the provision of high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions. Your main responsibility will be to assess patients, develop care plans, and implement necessary interventions to ensure their well-being. This will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, monitoring progress, and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and support workers, to provide holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of our service users. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in collaborating with the team and facilitating effective care delivery.

As a temporary worker, you will be assigned to work the night shift from 19:30:00 to 08:00:00. This schedule allows for flexibility and ensures seamless coverage throughout the night, providing round-the-clock care to our patients. The payment rate for each shift will be £280, and the payment type will be paye.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes. This documentation is essential for monitoring progress, evaluating the effectiveness of interventions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards.

To excel in this role, you must have a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration as an RMN and possess a relevant nursing qualification. Previous experience working in a mental health setting is highly desirable, but newly qualified RMNs with a genuine passion for mental health care are also encouraged to apply. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
