Trident Group has over 50 years’ experience of delivering homes, services and innovation for up to 8,000 people in over 3,600 homes in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the Midlands. It employs more than 850 staff, works with many volunteers and provides training places and apprenticeships as part of the employment package. The Group has an annual turnover of more than £37m and owns assets close to £190m.

The Group includes Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance; Trident Reach, a registered care and support charity providing services (homeless, mental health, young people, older people, BME groups and domestic violence) to people in the Midlands.

**About the role**

Leading a team of outreach workers and coordinating a unique multi agency targeted outreach model to address the issue of rough sleeping.

Manage the referral pathways in and out of a 24/7 service.

Collate and share information daily with partners to provide the best interventions for individuals, which are bespoke and tailored according to individuals’ requirements.

Lead on the daily tasking meetings with external agencies to develop professional relationships and deliver a quality service to customers.

Be responsible for all finance situations including:

- Grant funded posts
- Petty Cash
- Hour utilisation

Being accountable for all aspects of the service, including the implementation and consistency of approach of policies and procedures

Work collaboratively with the police and enforcement agencies to support clients engaging in street activity begging and attend the cities fortnightly enforcement meetings.

Provide day to day supervision to outreach workers, including carrying out formal supervision sessions monthly and annual appraisals, and managing the HR system for all direct reports

Be responsible for team performance against contract stipulations and other Key Performance Indicators, meeting all regulatory standards.

Lead and carry out the recruitment and selection of staff

To complete quality assurance of all customer paperwork and customer files within service

To complete reports and feedback, as and when required, including the maximisation of income and performance management.

To ensure the health, wellbeing and safety of vulnerable adults, young people, and children in line with Safeguarding regulations.

Ensure that outreach service is fully compliant with the organisation's policies and procedures

Attending all training courses and delivering on the outcomes

**About you**

Experience of leading or managing a team and developing the team with proven results

Experience of working collaboratively and effectively with partner organisations, with demonstrable success

An understanding of/and commitment to Equal Opportunities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
