**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
Supervise the Capex team to procure goods and services required by Expro to the required specification, quality level, at a competitive price, delivered in a timely manner. The role has a change and process development element to instill best practice and continuous improvement through both supervision and execution. This role acts as the key interface between project execution teams and Expro’s Supply Chain.

**Key Activities and Accountabilities**:

- Day-to-day coordination of activities across the Capex team and execution of the management processes
- Ensure on-going development of the procurement processes and procedures aligned with the SC strategy
- Execute assigned buying portfolio from quotation to delivery
- Develop and implement a supplier management strategy on assigned portfolio and through execution, demonstrate good supplier management practice to the rest of the team
- Ensure suppliers meet required HSEQ standards and that product delivered is to specification, on time and safety compliant with no injuries
- Continually work with suppliers to deliver cost reduction programs aligned with SCM goals
- Drive performance of the Capex team to achieve KPI’s as defined by management. Including but not limited to on time delivery, savings, and internal lead times
- Assist in other purchasing/departmental duties/activities as detailed by the Procurement Management
- Liaise with internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all questions and queries are resolved and liaise with manager on any concerns
- Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimised. If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest
- Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes and systems. Take an active part in quality improvement processes. Identify and report any deficiencies to supervisor and obtain authorisation for any deviations from standard procedures
- Ensure objectives set under Employee Development Plan are met

**Job Knowledge and Qualifications**:

- Experience in SCM, team leadership and business process development
- Experience in a senior or similar role with supervisor responsibility for a procurement team
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word) and MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred)
