**Role Summary**
Destination Lincolnshire is the Destination Management Organisation (DMO) for Greater Lincolnshire, working in partnership to drive forward the visitor economy. Everything we do as a destination management organisation is underpinned by an engaged and innovative community of business owners, leaders and operators working in tourism, leisure, hospitality, and retail. As a result, communication needs to flow efficiently between our business partners and the team, and it is your role as Relationship Executive to enable this.
You will join a dedicated and supportive team with the purpose of generating new business partners and connecting them into marketing, product development and business support activities. You will be the driver of partnership sales, lead on recruitment and retention.
You will nurture a proactive relationship culture among your colleagues so the expertise of the DMO (destination marketing, visitor management and product development) can shine. We are looking for an excellent communicator who has sales and commercial acumen to work with our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build meaningful relationships and take pride in collaborative working making our partners feel involved and engaged in our plans.
- Devise and deliver partner events, based on partner insights to retain, and grow Destination Lincolnshire partnership.
- Attend and host networking events creating and managing a sales pipeline as you go.
- Produce and circulate partner reports and useful insights.
**Communication**
- Be a natural communicator who thrives on nurturing relationships.
- Confident and engaging presenter in both a group and one-to-one setting.
- Demonstrates a passion for Lincolnshire businesses.
**Sale & Marketing**
- Manage partnership data on the CRM.
- Proactively working with the marketing team on B2B campaigns and communication, to highlight the work of Destination Lincolnshire and increase partnership revenue
- be confident using social media to do this.
- Can proactively and confidently sell and “seal the deal” on partnerships to visitor economy businesses.
- Develop and deliver a recruitment and retention plan for partners.
**Operational Delivery**
- Deliver any day-to-day activities needed for the smooth running of the business, including literature distribution, report writing, administration tasks.
- Working with business manager to ensure partner invoicing is done in an accurate and timely manner.
- Deliver partner events including updates and workshops.
**Key Skills & Requirements**

- Organised with strong time management skills.
- Own transport and ability to travel around Lincolnshire (mileage costs covered)
