A role has opened up in our digital marketing team for an experienced **SR. SEO Executive** to join our busy department. We are looking for a passionate individual with a keen eye for detail, problem-solving abilities and a motivated approach to SEO. You’ll be part of our growing digital marketing team and report to our SEO/PPC Manager. (GOOD STRONG NO 2)

Kal Group is a digital marketing agency based in Gainsborough and has over 20 years of experience in the mobile leisure industry. From building bespoke websites to SEO, paid advertising, social media management, copywriting, graphic design and PR, we offer a full marketing package to our extensive client base throughout the UK.

**Duties**

This new exciting position is within our ever-growing SEO team. You will be tasked with the following:

- Working closely with the SEO Manager to help planning and to implement SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- On-page and off-page SEO.
- CRO & Technical Website Auditing.
- Re-marketing Campaigns.
- Google and Facebook Paid Advertising.
- Social Media Marketing Campaigns.
- SEO & PR Copywriting.
- Reporting on Accounts and ROI of Campaigns.
- In-Depth Analysis of all Marketing Activities.
- Reporting on client accounts using various SEO software systems, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SpyFu and Hotjar. (Knowledge of these will be a strong advantage)

The role is extremely varied and no one day will be the same. You will be responsible for your accounts and set targets from which you can progress. You will also be asked to build strong relationships with your own clients and therefore good communication skills are essential.

Work Remotely

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Lincoln, Lincolnshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- SEO: 2 years (preferred)
