**Position Summary**

The Compliance Coordinator works closely with the Compliance Team to assist in the implementation of compliance policies ensuring schools/clients are compliant with their sponsorship obligations. This includes working in line with the ongoing compliance framework and ensuring compliant execution.

The Compliance Coordinator will work directly with the Audit & Data Manager in ensuring all schools/clients and colleagues remain fully compliant with their sponsor duties.

The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for a large range of administrative tasks to assist in the renewal of multiple licenses, annual mock audits preparation / reporting, updating the Sponsorship Management System license (SMS), Basic Compliance Assessment (BCA) and Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) clerical tasks.

The Compliance Coordinator will prioritise high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and data management, and will be responsible for completing all necessary compliance tasks as assigned to them by the Compliance Team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Help the Compliance Management Team to build on and expand the Compliance function; identify client needs with the aim of growth of the Compliance offering
- Assisting with the Basic Compliance Assessment (BCA) submissions
- Drafting / updating & storing Compliance Assessment Reports for clients, to help them understand their compliance metrics
- Assisting the Compliance Managers to deliver compliance training and audits - this may include setting up meetings / calls and or assisting with PowerPoint presentations
- Updating and managing NCE data to reconcile student data, ensuring compliance across all data and practices
- Preparing various reports ensuring our obligations to ensure data is correct are met including contact details of parents and students
- Assisting in relevant record keeping and documentation, ensuring documents are updated onto the relevant databases
- Assisting the Compliance Managers with the review and distribution of Biometric Residence Permit’s (BRPs)
- Escalating complications and complex situations to the relevant Compliance Managers, when required
- Keeping up to date with compliance information, regulations and updates from the government and communicating this to the wider team
- Contacting customers in a professional and accurate manner
- Attending meetings where required
- Managing & organising key business diary entries
- Undertaking all other reasonable duties as requested by the Compliance Team
- Ad hoc projects as defined by Senior Management or the Compliance Managers
