**Overview of Company**

British Assessment Bureau, which is part of the Amtivo Group, is one of the fastest-growing certification bodies in the UK. We are building a progressive, technology-enabled business delivering value-based services to our Clients who wish to be certified under a range of ISO Management systems.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a dynamic and driven person who has had at least three years experience in sales. It is desirable if you have knowledge or experience in the Certification industry. We a keen to speak with individuals who have experience in securing new sales and are excited by the opportunity to deliver cross-sales targets across products and services we offer.

**Accountabilities**

**Selling**
- Working with new client enquiries, providing clear, relevant and accurate information about our products and services.
- Following up of both new and existing client quotations.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell other products within the company portfolio.
- Carrying out regular follow-ups with existing client accounts to maintain relationships.
- Leveraging opportunities with existing clients through ongoing relationship management.
- Co-ordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within defined timescales.

**Supporting**
- Liaising with our Client Service and Field Audit teams to resolve general client enquiries.
- Working closely with our Sales & Marketing team to deliver improvements in the client experience and identifying opportunities to improve sales conversion rates across the team.

**Administrative**
- Ensuring client records are maintained, using agreed system and procedures

**To be success in this role you will**:

- Achieve monthly, rolling quarterly and Annual targets for new certification sales and cross-sales of other products/services.

**Competencies:High-level behavioural indicators**
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Competent in building an in-depth company product knowledge.
- A Team player with positive, friendly and driven predisposition and a the ability to establish trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- An ability to manage workload to ensure client experience and conversion rates are upheld.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
