The Division reaches across three London campuses (Bloomsbury, Royal Free and Stanmore) and we are seeking a Research Fellow to join Prof Ramani Moonesinghe and Dr Nick Hamilton in the Department of Targeted Intervention, Bloomsbury campus.
**About the role**:
The post holder will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day research using established methods and techniques within the framework of the research programme as directed, and thus contributing to the development/optimisation of novel methods and techniques for the successful progression of the project.
This is a part-time 0.5 FTE (18.25 hours per week post) funded until 31st October 2024 in the first instance.
The maximum salary available for this post is £42,099 inclusive of London Allowance.
**About you**:
Applicants must have a Doctoral degree (or studying towards a PhD) in digital analytics, programming, global health, medical science, public health, epidemiology, social science or equivalent discipline/experience.
Experience of being part of a research team and working with 3D CAD software and 3D printing is essential.
Experience of working with content management systems and large quantitative datasets is desirable.
Appointment at Grade 7 is dependent upon having been awarded a PhD; if this is not the case, initial appointment will be at Grade 6B (salary £37,332 - £39,980 per annum) with payment at Grade 7 (salary £42,099 - £50,585 per annum) being backdated to the date of final submission of the PhD Thesis.
