**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re looking for 2 dynamic Officer’s to lead on Women’s & Girl’s programmes to further develop and grow the activities and to deliver high quality sports provision.

Duties include:

- To lead and oversee the effective planning and execution of the Women’s & Girls football delivery programme in the area. These to include, but not limited to all In-School and Out of School female activity, Player Development Programme for girls, female college programmes and the various girls only activity delivered during the school holidays.
- To deliver safe, inclusive, and high-quality coaching activity across the core programmes currently running. These to include, but not limited to all In-School and Out of School activity, Player Development Programme activity, female college programmes and the various activity delivered during the school holidays.
- To work in collaboration with the Education Team to develop and enhance the activities and programmes offered to schools.
- To work closely with the ‘No to Hate’ Lead to ensure that all targets set are achieved through a robust monitoring and data collection process.

**Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level needed**:

- Worked for a minimum of 2 years in a community/school/sport setting/ with participants from under-represented groups including girls and young women.
- Led on a £100k project/programme.
- Managed staff in a sporting environment
- A minimum of the new FA Introduction to Football Coaching qualification.
- In date FA Safeguarding Children course & the FA Introduction to First Aid in Football certificate.
- Clean driving licence.
- Enhanced DBS check.
