**Role Summary**
- To aid in the facilitation and development of NextStep Training Ltd’s Apprenticeship programmes in specified occupational sectors.
- To act as the main point of contact and liaison for apprentices and their employers
- Conduct detailed timely reviews with learners and employers monitoring all aspects of the training plan as agreed on the Individual Learning Plans, including off the job training and progress towards qualifications.
- Ensure that NextStep Training Ltd’s tracking and management systems are regularly updated and that data held for employers and apprentices remains current.
- Undertake regular meeting with employers at their workplace
- Assess Skills and behaviours and feedback to learners using the e-learning and ePortfolio system.

Training
- Support the delivery of training using approved training resources in the workplace to cover Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours.
- English and Maths - Training, monitoring, supporting, recording and reporting to ensure successful completion
- Provide tutorial support including key training for the Apprentice (and Employer around Prevent and British Values), Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare, Safeguarding and any additional learning support requirements

Co-ordination and Support
- Sign up apprentices onto their programmes and confirm Awarding Body registrations comply with framework requirements.
- Maintain learner records to ensure audit requirements are fully complied with.
- Provide outstanding pastoral care to support apprentices during the period of their programme and facilitate guidance and support as required
- Manage a full caseload of apprentices and employers and respond to queries from employers and learners concerning the apprenticeship programme
- Ensure all regulatory H&S standards related to the programmes are maintained by employers and ensure all contractual requirements are fulfilled at all times. Offer relevant H&S guidance and advice where applicable
- Evaluate data on apprentice performance, overall and timely success. Make recommendations and take action as necessary to achieve agreed objectives
- Organise and or attend meetings to ensure progress consistency, quality and support is maintained fully.
- To participate in internal and external events and promotional activities as and when required.
- Understand personal responsibility to adhere to relevant centre policies and procedures as they relate to safeguarding and implement these to ensure vigilance at all times.
- Present the centre in the best light at all times and ensure that all areas of personal activity comply with standards laid down by the centre and relevant outside agencies.
- Undertake professional development and training to contribute to individual and Centre development as agreed through the Centre Performance Appraisal Scheme process.
- Carry out all duties with due regard to Health and Safety Regulations.
- Ensure compliance with the Financial Regulations of the Centre.
- Positively promote equality of opportunity for staff and students
- Carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
