Office Administrator

To support the design, manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, dispatch and general admin functions of our small family run business. We specialise in the design and production of artwork, museum and retail installations as well as high precision engineering services.
Duties include;
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, invoicing, holidays, timekeeping and data entry
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette
- Manage and organize office documents, records, and files
- Purchasing materials
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative and engineering/production environment is preferred
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Zero
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
This is a full time position and office based but there can be some flexibility on hours.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
