The Administrator assists with day-to-day operations and duties in the Ongar office.

The successful Administrator will be motivated and have a can-do attitude. You will have over 2 years of experience in a similar Admin role. You will be used to working at a fast pace in a busy environment and be flexible and agile to change.

This company is going through a period of growth, there are lots of changes in process and this is an excellent chance to be involved.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assisting director with administration tasks
- Have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft and updating spreadsheets and reports.
- Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as SLA management.
- Review and update health and safety policies and ensure they're observed.
- Arrange regular testing for electrical equipment and servicing of vehicle fleet.
- Organise travel and accommodation for staff.
- Strong administrator experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- The ability to meet deadlines and run reports.

It would also be beneficial if you have:

- Experience of using accounting software
- Experience working with grounds maintenance and property maintenance.
