Office Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to the accounts team and property management team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. We will consider 30-40 working hours a week.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computerized systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
