Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Junior. As an Office Junior, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of our office. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Assisting with general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Managing and organising office documents, records, and files
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
**Requirements**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Salary is dependent on experience.
**Salary**: £17,000.00-£21,500.00 per year
