**Location**:Central London | Flexible Hybrid working, office based three times per week

We have an amazing opportunity here for an Associate Director to join a passionate and dedicated team of researchers with curious minds at tradional MR agency in Central London.

**The role**

You will be working within the financial services team although this feeds into many other industries. You can expect to be working on mix of Trackers and ad hoc projects and leading on key thought leadership reports monthly and quarterly for each product category.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading on Trackers, and ad hoc client requests, varying in size and complexity
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Supporting and coaching junior team members, as well as reviewing outputs for clients
- Keeping up to date with wider industry knowledge
- Identifying business opportunities for new business clients You will have the opportunity for wider thought leadership, depending on your interests

**Requirements**:

- A solid understanding of the research process, with the ability to delve into data
- Ability to deliver projects to a high standard, on time and within budget
- Ability to work with and motivate junior team members
- Proven ability to work autonomously & problem solve
- This role would suit a passionate researcher with a curious mind
