About the Role

Rapid Response Support Worker.

We have a new opportunity to work as a Rapid Response Support Worker at Chester branch.
Providing support to our clients as and when required.
The role will provide cover for existing service provision when staff are absent or taking a well-deserved break, or to attend emergency care visits in the community to assist with people settling in at home from hospital.

As each day is varied, you’ll need to think on your feet, as you fill in for the regular teams, delivering the same high standard of care.

A smile is essential that will make each Service User’s face light up when they welcome you at the door and a good ear to listen to some fascinating life stories.

You don’t have to be an excellent cook but being able to make a good cuppa is essential.

Timekeeping is crucial, you should arrive on time, take your time to listen, take time to understand and take time to care.

You will be part of a warm, friendly team based in Chester/Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas.
