KM4HR are delighted to be working exclusively with our Global Fintech client to hire a permanent Talent Development Specialist.

As the Talent Development Specialist, you will be part of a small but Senior high-profile international team. You will work closely with HR function to provide a first-class onboarding and employee experience, delivering a range of L&D management initiativesto assist the business and culture to continue to move forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and improve existing onboarding programmes that provide new employees with an understanding of the organisation
- Work closely with the business to understand and improve existing collaboration and communication within and across teams
- Facilitate continuous dialogue throughout the organisation to identify talent gaps, and future development opportunities
- Oversee all aspects of the high-profile intern and full-time campus hire programmes
- Engage in ad-hoc coaching and/or performance feedback conversations to help develop managers and employees
- Work closely with the wider Talent Development team, HR and business leaders to help evolve existing executive coaching provision and other leadership development initiatives
- Identify and engage internal and/or external parties to design and deliver bespoke training
- Continually critique the effectiveness of training and development programmes/initiatives by soliciting feedback through direct communication, surveys, focus groups and interviews
- Keep abreast of industry trends in the Talent Development space to collaboratively develop new and creative development initiatives with the wider team
- Share administration and facilitation of Talent Development responsibilities with Talent Development Coordinator
- Continue to ensure that Talent Development initiatives represent and promote culture
- Provide support for high-profile ad-hoc projects, including for the local/ international leadership team

**Skills You’ll Need**:

- At least 4+ years of experience in a Talent/Learning Development role with experience designing and implementing development programmes
- Ability to influence and coach stakeholders across all levels within an organisation
- Ability to develop trust and robust working relationships with deeply technical people
- Collaborative, team player who enjoys working in a flat environment
- Experience in diagnosing organisational and individual development needs and designing and implementing relevant support/development initiatives
- Strong business acumen, self-directed, results-oriented and the ability to manage frequently changing priorities and projects
- Experience working with campus talent is advantageous
- Reliable and predictable availability

**What's on Offer**:

- £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus & bens
