**We’re looking for an Administrator to join our team within Score Group based at our facility in Peterhead.**

**About the role**

The Administrator will be responsible for the completion of any administration related work within their department. All work shall be carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures and work instructions

**Primary responsibilities**
- Provide high levels of admin support to the customer support team members
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Score _(Energy)_ _Limited_ policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- General admin duties i.e. typing, data input, filing, scanning, recording of any meeting minutes
- Correspond and communicate professionally with both internal and external clients
- Update and utilise company systems - electronic and paper based
- Manage telephone calls and general enquiries
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business

**Experience**
- Mechanical background, preferably with experience in small component assembly but not essential as training will be given.

**Qualifications**
- Qualification to minimum SVQ level 3 in admin related discipline, or display levels of experience, performing similar tasks in a previous role.
- Systems training
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office package - Word, Excel & PowerPoint

**Experience**
- Relevant administration experience within Score _(Energy) Limited_ or demonstrable experience in a similar role with another company
