_Commercial Administrator _
**The Commercial Administrator role has two main purposes**:
1: To process price changes and maintain customer order forms, with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring strict deadlines are met.

2: To provide additional support to the Commercial team/business when required on reporting and occasional project development.

**Key duties/responsibilities of Commercial Administrator**:

- Liaising with Key Account Managers, interpreting detailed customer pricing files and uploading data to internal ERP system on a structured and ad-hoc basis.
- Exporting data from internal ERP system and preparing reports in Excel.
- Supporting the Commercial team by processing data on product sales for reporting.
- Interacting with internal departments to assist the business with any additional reporting.

**Required Skills and Experience of Commercial Administrator**:

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel & Access.
- Attention to detail, methodical in approach to tasks and accurate in final work product.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel PowerQuery.

**Desired Skills and Experience of Commercial Administrator**:

- Experience with analytic tools such as Microsoft PowerBI or equivalent.
- Any experience in computer programming would be a bonus, particularly Microsoft VBA and SQL although not essential.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
