**Role Summary**:
At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well”. The primary purposes of the Central Merchandising Admin Assistant are to provide admin support for the online Custom Shirts offer, set up and maintain Catalogue Flat-plans and to assist in the management of Price Files.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Raising Retail Custom Shirt orders and being the key point of contact between the Stores and the Supplier
- Administrative support for the online Custom Shirts offer, managing queries through the Custom Shirts inbox and liaising with Customer Services
- Continuous improvement by streamlining current processes on Custom to increase efficiency
- Monitoring fabric stock levels and maintaining order limits
- Ensure marketing campaigns can be fully supported from a stock perspective
- Support the set up and launch of new fabrics
- Process Custom invoices and manage Custom invoice reconciliation with the Accounts team
- Liaise with the Technical team on any supplier challenges and manage communications throughout investigations and conclusions
- Ensure completion of catalogue flat plans with accurate data based on the running orders supplied by Marketing and ensure a timely handover to the Catalogue Design team
- Liaise between Buying, Core Merchandising, Marketing and Catalogue Design on stock availability
- Manage the Catalogue checking process, working closely with the Buying and Merchandising teams
- Develop a robust understanding of how catalogues are produced and the associated critical path
- Work with the Assistant Merch Analyst to manage and maintain pricing to ensure accuracy for all markets at all times
- Liaise with Web, Retail, Marketing and Merchandising teams around pricing needs and changes
- Develop a robust understanding of pricing policies and processes
- Ensure a timely handover of Price Files to Catalogue Design, Retail and Web
- Deputise for the Assistant Merchandiser as required
- Support the wider team as required with ad hoc analysis and/or reporting

- Custom shirt inbox is well managed and response times are met
- Flat-plan deadlines are met
- Book check handover deadlines are met
- Price file management is dealt with in a timely manner with handover deadlines met
