**Care Home Administrator**

We are looking to recruit an Administrator at Apollo House NN5 7AJ. Apollo House is a 61 bedded nursing home for the elderly and for those living with dementia.

We are looking for a compassionate and caring person who will make a difference to the lives of our residents and families. You will be joining a team of dedicated staff who work in a culture of friendship, respect and co-operation.
- **Your duties will include but not limited to**:_
- Maintain accurate records of the Care home.
- Prepare and issue data reports as required.
- Maintain Staff attendance records.
- Arrange an accurate calculation of staff hours worked.
- Process petty cash and residents’ money.
- Maintain files for Clients and Staff in line with Company procedures and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the Home Manager e.g. typing, filing, and dealing with correspondence within given timescales.
- Operate office equipment such as photocopier and computers as required.
- Assist in ordering and receiving supplies.
- Answer the telephone, respond to enquiries from Clients and Visitors and re-direct enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Welcoming visitors and generally assisting the manager in day-to-day running of the Home.
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Good numerical and word processing skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Genuine interest in working within a caring environment.
- Clear understanding of confidentiality and professionalism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
