Key responsibilities:

- Helping to arrange meetings, booking of venues, organisation of catering, accommodation and travel arrangements.
- Maintaining electronic office systems (including A/L, expenses, Barclaycard)

- Effective oral and written communication skills. - Effective organisational skills. - Proficient in Microsoft packages including excel, word and outlook.
