Portico are on the lookout for a Welcome Host to join our reception team based at a fabulous multi-tenanted building in West London.

Our reception team cover all areas of the ground floor reception giving this role a nice variety of customer service and admin responsibilities. The successful Receptionist will have the chance to “wow” customers and create amazing first impressions by providing a warm greeting, both over the phone and face to face. The Receptionist will smoothly book visitors into the building upon entry, collecting visitor passes before wishing them a fond farewell on their way out. Our team are also responsible for keeping an accurate record of the visitor passes, monitoring them daily and notifying the tenants about any that are missing.

Hours: 45 hrs per week - including a 1hr paid lunch break, shift patterns are 8am - 5pm, 8:30am - 5:30pm, and 9am - 6pm

**Salary**: £27,000

They will have a proven track record of working in a high-end customer service role, ideally within a corporate reception environment.
