**Job Description**:
Portico are on the lookout for an organised and customer focused Welcome Host, for a multi-occupied corporate building offering premium office space in West London.
With a newly refurbished reception and quality office accommodation, surrounded by landscaped grounds and a network of occupiers and amenities. The building gives companies an exceptionally unique opportunity to provide staff with the perfect balance between the hustle and bustle of the city, and the peace and serenity of suburbia. Creating a great corporate community with easy access to two tube lines.
The Welcome Host will “own” the ground floor reception space, ensuring that all visitors receive a top-class service, and will drive occupier engagement within the building by arranging a range of events & activities.
This Welcome Host role caries plenty of responsibility and we are looking for someone who is comfortable to be accountable for multiple processes. They will need to ensure that the highest level of client care and personal service is delivered to all visitors, as well as working alongside the Facilities Manager and building owners to drive new initiatives to improve the customer experience.
Shift pattern: 8am-5pm from Monday-Friday
**Salary**: £28,115
**Qualifications**:
Customer service experience is required for the role, preferably within a corporate reception setting.
