Office Assistant

We are working with a company who specialise in high volume metal pressings and assemblies. We are currently recruiting for an Office Assistant to start asap on a Temp to Perm contract.

**Shift and Salary**:
This will be a temp to perm contract working 39 hours per week between £9.50 and £10.00 per hour depending on experience.
- Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm
- Alternative Friday’s 7:00am - 1:00pm

**Basic Outline**:

- Assist with the day to day office duties within the reception/administration department
- Reporting to the reception/administration supervisor
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- You will be the first point of contact greeting visitors and providing refreshments
- Assisting with Human Resources
- Booking transport
- Assisting with purchasing and data inputting
- General office duties

**Essential Requirements**:

- Experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent timekeeping
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

**Desirable (but not essential) Requirements**:

- Previous administration/training experience would be an advantage
- Full UK Drivers’ licence

**Benefits**:

- Permanent contract given after 12 weeks
