This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and has a ‘can do’ working style to fulfil a vital support function within a busy office environment.
You will be working as part of the team at an Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc.
The company has been set up by an experienced Partner who provides bespoke financial advice and services to executives, companies, families and entrepreneurs. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a growing company with vision to expand and to be a part of shaping the administrative processes of the firm. You will be given full training and will have the opportunity to progress within the St. James’s Place Accreditation framework.

**The Role: Practice Administrator**

- You will be providing a high level of technical and administrative support.
- You will manage the Partner’s diary, liaising with clients and arranging meetings and appointments
- You will be first point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries, as well as meeting and greeting at the office
- You will be responsible for business submission using bespoke software and writing basic suitability letters. Due to the nature of the company, you will need to ensure that business obtained is being processed in a timely manner
- Your role will involve day-to-day use and management of the Practice’s CRM database
- You will be responsible for the preparation of meeting documentation and follow up client meeting notes
- You will be providing additional support for the Partner as and when required
**The Person: Practice Administrator**
To be considered for this exciting role you will need:
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 and ability to navigate bespoke software
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or within an office support role. Financial Services experience, especially with an SJP business, is preferred but not essential
- You are a self-starter and able to work with little supervision
- Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
- Excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and be able to problem solve and think on your feet
- Good time management and planning skills
- It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion.
