About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Administrator Lead to join our team at Llanishen Court Surgery, a long-established training and teaching practice in Cardiff.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar management role within a healthcare setting, ideally within a GMS practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role, working closely with our GP partners, administrative staff, and patients to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support an experienced team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
  • Monitor and manage the practice's financial performance, including budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure that the practice adheres to all regulatory and contractual requirements, including those related to clinical governance frameworks and quality improvement processes.
  • Ensure the practices IT systems are used effectively and remain compliant with healthcare standards.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
