Direct patients to the appropriate healthcare professional or department. Prescription Requests: Process and manage patient prescription requests efficiently. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure prescriptions are accurately prepared and ready for collection. Maintain accurate records of prescription requests and ensure confidentiality.

**Appointment Scheduling**: Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments in a timely and organized manner. Manage the appointment diary, ensuring optimal use of clinical time. Confirm and remind patients of their upcoming appointments. Administrative Support: Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Handle patient registration, including the collection and verification of personal and medical information. Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and correspondence. Customer Service: Provide a high standard of customer service at all times. Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating to the Practice Manager when necessary.

Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and visitors. Personal Attributes: Compassionate and patient-focused. Professional and courteous demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. Working Hours: Full-time/Part-time position with hours to be discussed during the interview process.
