We have an exciting opportunity for a Cancer Support Navigators to to become part of the Cancer Nurse Specialist team; to assist with support and co-ordination of pathways of patients who have been diagnosed with cancer (including but not limited to Urology, Melanoma, Upper GI and Colorectal). You would also need to participate in presentation workshops to provide patients with additional information..

You will be a key member of the team, and will play a vital role in ensuring robust communication between medical staff, GPs, patients, relatives and other disciplines linked to patient pathways.

Previous experience of working in a clinical environment would be advantageous, together with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
