Previous experience within the Construction industry is highly desirable, but not essential

The Resident Liaison Officer shall be responsible for:

- Coordinating the development and implementation of the relationship and engagement opportunities for all residents impacted by works
- Managing implementation and delivery of a resident communications and engagement plan
- Acting as main point of contact for residents and managing relationships with internal and external

stakeholders including residents, residents’ associations and site teams- Acting as a representative of GRAHAM and managing the communication between residents and the project team
- Developing positive and effective working relationships with residents and the local community
- Ensuring resident feedback is acknowledged and communicated to the project team, and that

residents feel actively engaged in the process- Managing communication channels to ensure all stakeholders are kept updated on project process and progress
- Keeping residents informed on construction progress and activity and communicating complex

construction processes in simple and accurate terms.- Coordinating engagement events, including occasional evening and weekend events
- Representing GRAHAM at stakeholder-run events including Resident Association Meetings
- Working across multiple projects
- Assisting with social value activities
- This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the Resident Liaison Officer and the range of duties to be undertaken._
- It does not attempt to detail every activity. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals._
