Lincoln Performing Arts Centre is seeking a part time Programme Coordinator to support the Creative and Executive Director during a period of significant growth in the centre programme of events, talent development initiatives and activities. This part time position is designed to sit alongside and complement an industry practitioners’ creative practice whilst supporting the centre achieve growth across its programme.

This role will allow you to work with minimum supervision and coordinate with colleagues to drive, and in some cases initiate, administrative processes related to the effective coordination of a programme and support the Creative and Executive Director.

It is an excellent time to join Lincoln Performing Arts Centre's team. The centre is at a pivotal moment, having just secured funding from Arts Council England to develop a significant programme of sector support and talent development initiatives that will see the development of new artistic output and increased public engagement. This coincides with the development of a new artistic and programming policy, process, and procedure.

This role is designed to enhance the organisation's ability to develop a contemporary programme that occupies a unique niche within the current Lincoln cultural ecology. It will positively impact student and staff communities across the university through the development of teaching, extra-curricular activities, professional practice, and research. It will support sector talent development and commissioning within the region and enhance the cultural life of local people through skills development and an intersectoral creative and public engagement programme.
