Swimming Co-ordinator

**Swimming Co-ordinator - Active Nation, Yarborough Leisure Centre**

**Full Time - Salary Dependant on experience**

The Swimming Coordinator is to be the lead for all learn to Swim activities within the venue and will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Learn to Swim Programme & School Swimming Programme. You will be the line manager for the venue swim teachers, teacher helpers & primary school swimming teachers. The role will have a primary focus in supporting the Business Manager and Duty Manager Aquatics to achieve commercial performance targets.

You will be responsible for the day to day management and daily operation of the Learn to Swim programme with the support of the Duty Manager Aquatics. Work with the commercial teams in the centre’s delivery of aquatic marketing campaigns, creating awareness within the local market enabling enquiries to prosper. You will be required to cover swimming lessons, so must hold a recognised level 2 swim teaching qualification - (Swim England Level 2 Swim Teacher or STA Award in Teaching Swimming)

Working hours will include a variety of hours including:

- Weekday evenings from 4pm to 7pm
- Saturday mornings
- Sunday mornings

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification (preferred)
