Are you looking for a new role within a fast-paced, rapidly scaling fintech business where you will be supported to start or develop your career in sales?

As a Junior SDR you’ll support our sales team, internal teams, stakeholders, and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and proactively addressing clients’ needs to facilitate the Payments sales and onboarding process and contribute to an increase in sales.

You'll work with senior payments experts who will teach you about every aspect of the payments process and how to engage with our existing platforms and Merchants to present the benefits of the ClearAccept payment solution. You’ll learn how to generate newbusiness from inbound leads and proactive outbound activities so that you can achieve and exceed set objectives and KPIs and then choose how you progress your career within payments.

What You’ll Need
- A good understanding of relevant computer programs e.g., CRM, MS Office and telephone systems
- A demonstrable ability to learn about products and services and then explain them to customers
- Eloquent and assertive communication skills both verbal and written, with a natural ability to build trusted relationships
- Sales and target-focused with a competitive drive to succeed and experience of working towards agreed deadlines and objectives
- Confident and outgoing with a keen desire to learn and improve
