Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Type, format, and edit documents
- Computerize information for easy retrieval
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
- Assist in data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in Google Suite and QuickBooks for office operations
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with Google Suite and QuickBooks software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in an office administrative role is preferred
