**Salary**: £23,000

**Hours**: Monday - Friday (8:30 -5:00)

**Location**: Preston (PR1)
- **About you**_
- Excellent attention to detail
- Interest in finance
- Confident in use of excel and online portals
- Able to work to strict deadlines, SLA's and KPI's
- Previous experience in similar role e.g. Invoicing

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Working closely with the engineers, gathering information from the reports.
- Create accurate valuations and invoices, forwarding these on to the business clients for agreed dates/time.
- Client meetings to be attended when needed
- You will work closely with the Line Manager and finance team to ensure all queries are handled.
- Working towards strict deadlines and KPI's
- Weekly meetings with Director of Finance and Finance Team to review outstanding draft invoicing.
- Understanding and utilisation of Eworks
