**Position Available**

We now have an exciting opportunity for a **Sales Office Administrator** to join our team.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Answering phone calls and providing information to customers on product information, our process, delivery updates etc.
- Ensure customer portal is kept updated with customer details & sending required brochures and marketing material to existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on sales quotations.
- Place purchase orders for materials and supplies.
- Contact potential new trade customers to secure new business.
- Organise and manage delivery and couriers for products delivery.
- Update sales reports in Excel.
- Provide admin support as necessary i.e. diary management, sharing customer information & requests etc.
- Create sales invoices in XERO and send to customers.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years proven experience within a customer service / sales and marketing role or similar
- A proficient & professional telephone manner and be customer service driven
- Excellent attention to detail and planning skills
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced changing environment
- Be self-driven and ability to organise own workload and priorities

You will have:

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and also alone when necessary.
- Ability to learn about our aluminium windows and doors products.
- Have a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
- Sales expierence is essential.
- Monday
- Friday, 8:00 - 4:30.
