- Answering incoming calls
- Taking messages and sending through to relevant person
- Updating internal database
- Updating spreadhseets
- Meet and greet any visitors
**Person Specification**
- Computer literate
- Be able to work on own initiative to deliver business objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite - essential
- Previous admin experience
