Position: Student Wellbeing Coordinator

**Salary**: £26,000-£30,000

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of safeguarding principles and proficiently adhere to established procedures.
- Effectively meet and exceed the school's expectations.
- Attend to the developmental and emotional needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Bring valuable experience or a strong interest in working as a Wellbeing Support Assistant.
- Consistently implement and refine behaviour management strategies to create a conducive learning environment.
