The Business Support Service are therefore delighted to be recruiting two Business Support Officers who are willing to join us to reach shared goals, have a positive can-do attitude and are not afraid of trying new things, also working collaboratively as part of a centralised service, which provides support to a wide range of different departments across the council.

You will work specifically in the area of Bristol Youth Justice Service Team. Duties will include (but training will be provided):
The posts are busy and attention to detail is important. You will need to manage your time well and regularly review your priorities. You will be working autonomously on tasks when required, taking ownership and responsibility in some areas and playing a supportive role in others.

You will enjoy working creatively to design the most efficient ways of working on each task, but also together as a team, which will require good communication skills with your colleagues and our stakeholders.

You will have experience of using Microsoft tools, including shared calendar/Excel, and be willing to learn quickly.

Note-taking is required for administering Youth Justice Service panels and board meeting.

**Please note a DBS check will be a basic requirement for these roles.**
