We are looking to recruit x2 Transformation and Commissioning Officer roles.

The role will involve working on a number of strategically important transformation and

The purpose of the role is to deliver complex transformation and commissioning projects working closely with commissioners, transformation leads and managers within your team. This requires working alongside a number of stakeholders across the council such as housing, performance, finance, change management, policy and digital.

The role will require a proactive and solution focused officer who is able to operate in the complex landscape of care services and to work across a number of projects to drive through transformational change & service redesigns that help the council meet its statutory obligations under the 2014 Care Act with specific reference to promoting individual wellbeing, preventing needs for care and support, promoting integration of health & care services, providing information & advice, promoting diversity & quality in provision of services.

You will be involved in operational delivery and roll out of new strategies, services and partnerships at a practical level that delivers real implementation on the ground and embeds change projects into business as usual.

As part of officers ongoing professional development there will be an expectation that the role works across a number of different areas within transformation & commissioning and is comfortable working within a matrix management structure where resources are often required to be reassigned to meet immediate priorities.
