**Duties**:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Provide information about products and services
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
- Strong data entry skills for updating customer information accurately
- Phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes professionally
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for assisting diverse customer bases

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,306.02 per year
